Kansas Senate District 31 represents all of Harvey County and part of northern Sedgwick County, including the towns of Bentley, Burrton, Halstead, Hesston, Kechi, Mount Hope, Newton, North Newton, Park City, Sedgwick, Valley Center, and Walton.
